Our current productions include Flying High featuring an outstanding line up of leading Asian and jazz artists and video installations by D-Fuse and Yeast and Sundance, combining live contemporary and classical Asian dance from the Creative Dance Company with ShivaNova's unique mix of classical with jazz.

ShivaNova also deliver an extensive programme of workshops for young people: Indian classical and folk music, vocal improvisation, classical Indian dance and singing, DJing and mixing. At present we are engaged in a range of different educational residencies around the country, the most significant being the 'Girls Only Global Orchestra' project currently underway in Gravesend, Greenwich and Lewisham, Birmingham and Nottingham. We are now seeking girls aged 11 upwards to participate in a series of after-school workshops in Gravesend over the next few months – offering opportunities to develop skills in Asian, Western and contemporary music through DJ’ing and creative instrumental music-making. We are always interested in looking at developing projects alongside any performances that we might be able to offer so if you are a venue, festival or event that is interested in our work, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are able to offer both of our touring productions as well as smaller tailor-made performances.
